Under the new ownership model, Ivory Studios, Inc., serves as the parent holding company, reflecting the organization’s evolution into a multi-brand design house. The portfolio includes Morilee New York, Veni Infantino, MGNY, Vizcaya, and Party collections, with global design leadership under Veni Infantino, SVP of Global Design.
