We’re in a unique position in the bridal industry. We’re in the business of making dreams come true and to promote magic every day, which can be challenging during this unprecedented situation. We’d like to extend our most sincere thanks to our global family of Authorized Retailers, many of whom have found creative ways to help brides shop for wedding dresses while doing their part to uphold the safety and security measures recommended by national and local authorities. We are continuously amazed by our Maggie retailers; they are simply the best and why we sell through local boutiques.

Our boutiques are proving their resilience, adaptability, expertise, and care for their communities and brides. At present, many are working to offer modified shopping options, private and virtual fittings (hello digital age!), curbside pickup, no-contact payments, special sample sales, and increased sanitizing efforts—all of which can provide a sense of comfort and normalcy for our brides. Our warehouses around the world are stocked and dresses can reach retailers in just a few short days. Rest assured, with new sanitizing measures, social distancing in place, and working remotely, Maggie Sottero Designs is open and operating.

One of our top priorities is to support our retailers through this time and we will continue to evaluate these, and other resources offered as the situation unfolds. 

  • A discount on in-stock and backordered bride specials. We hope this will alleviate some of the financial stress this time can bring.
  • To accommodate brides seeking a virtual shopping experience, we will allow MSRP pricing to be posted on your website until further notice.
  • Join our Director of Customer Success, Stacy Hughes, for a Virtual Appointment, Business Continuity, and/or Stylist Development webinar. These webinars are tailored towards your situation and are a great resource for all stores, regardless of your current state of business. We want to provide a safe, welcoming space for you to ask individualized questions on how to gain support in keeping your business running virtually.
  • To support your efforts with working remotely, until further notice, we are offering to ship to your residential address within your given terms.
  • Through our weekly communications, we will provide support and tips to help navigate this current landscape together.
  • We ask you to continue leveraging our Retailer Portal and Priority Gown Program to check inventory and accommodate brides with short wear dates.
  • We are here to work with you to reschedule any events that have needed to be postponed.

All seasonal discounts will be honored when you are ready to place your Fall 2020 order. We recognize this may not be top priority but will work with you when you are ready! For more details on the above-mentioned areas of support, please reference your weekly eblasts.
