Dallas’ The One twice-annual bridal markets have been permanently cancelled.
Though the decision was announced in October, VOWS is republishing this information as a number of stores have recently called the magazine office, unaware of the decision.
“As the dynamics of retail and wholesale continue to change, we are making the strategic decision to serve the industry in a new way: by mov- ing away from the tradeshow model to offering private buying events as an improved platform to reach retail customers more efficiently,” explained Cindy Morris, Dallas Market Center president and CEO, in a letter sent to all Dallas bridal exhibitors.
