In order to help create cash flow for Justin Alexander, Inc., accounts, the company is offering a Direct to Bride option that enables bridal boutique to fulfill their brides’ orders direct to the brides’ home.
“We would like our customers to know we are here for them in this difficult time,” explained Justin Warshaw, CEO. “We are all in this together and through great partnership we will make it through. We are taking every precaution to help stop the spread of the virus with our staffing, yet we are still here for you. Our teams are fully operational in a work from home capacity, and our warehouse is operating with less than 10 team members to follow CDC guidelines and to exercise caution.”
The Direct to Bride option is available for all of Justin Alexander customers for orders received during this period.
In additional Justin Alexander will be delivering its new collections virtually in a webinar format allowing customers to see the dresses through videos while product specialists will talk clients through each style.
“We will be taking ‘reservations’ for new orders allowing flexibility to our clients,” added Warshaw. “We are also continuing to offer educational materials and tips to help our clients improve and tweak their marketing and processes during this time.”
