IDAN by House of Idan presented its Idan Atelier Couture 2027 collection to an appreciative audience of buyers and media during New York Bridal Fashion Week in an upscale suite at the Lotte Hotel in Manhattan.
This Fall/Winter 2027 collection, explained designer Idan Cohen, was “inspired by Michelangelo’s belief that form already exists within the material, this collection is an exercise in revelation.
“Each gown was draped and sculpted until its silhouette emerged—less constructed than uncovered. The softness Michelangelo found within marble became a central reference: movement held in stillness, fabric translated into stone, structure made fluid. That tension runs throughout the collection in sculptural draping, sweeping folds, and silhouettes that feel carved from fabric. The sculpture was already in the marble. The dress was already in the fabric. I simply revealed it.”
