Watters Fall 2016 collections showcase classic silhouettes, luxe fabrications and hand-placed lace and beading, according to the company, which adds that all three new collections reflect signature elements of Watters’ globally-renowned designs.
“This season is full of surprises, from intricate detailing to classic styles that have been revisited,” said Xay Vongphachanh, creative director at Watters.
“Our Fall 2016 collections offer diverse looks for the various personalities of our brides.”
Watters, the company’s premier brand, embraces fresh, innovative and sophisticated details paired with timeless silhouettes. Drawing inspiration from the classic children’s novel published in 1911, the “Secret Garden” collection boasts trends from the Victorian Era such as high necklines, mixed florals and stripes, corsetry and gold accents.
The “Forever Will Be…” collection from Wtoo draws its inspiration from the Rococo time period, characterized by opulence, grace, playfulness and lightness. Mused by portraits of Marie Antoinette, the collection features design elements such as extreme necklines, multi-tiered skirts, mixtures of stripes and florals and new, bold laces.
Inspired by effortless, gossamer fashion, Willowby by Watters’ newest collection is light and serene, with a touch of romance. “A Delicate Affair” is filled with unique design elements such as mixed fabrications, sheer panels and cutouts, hand-beaded embroidery and asymmetrical lace placement.
Watters and Wtoo will each unveil a bridesmaids’ collection for Fall 2016, featuring convertible styles, off-the-shoulder necklines and flattering silhouettes. In addition, Watters will officially launch its bridesmaids’ separates collection, which debuted earlier this year through 50 exclusive retailers.
The separates collection includes three tops and three skirts, available long or short, creating 18 different mix-and-match bridesmaids looks.
